How many times have you sat alone in a pew at church and felt awkward and lonely? This is an excellent opportunity to get to know the people in your community. Praise and Coffee is not affiliated with any particular church. This is a bible believing group. Our mission is to encourage one another outside the walls of the church. This is by invitation only. It is a free event. You are only required to buy a coffee or drink of your choice (other than water). This establishment offers a wide array of food items, too. Our Speaker:

Kathy Beard began teaching Bible Studies in 1993 to young people coming out of deep occult involvement. She has taught women’s bible studies since 1994 and has been a public speaker for the U.S. and Honduras. In 1992, she began an Intercessors for Prescott prayer group with women from several different churches. This group continues to meet every Tuesday at FBC with FBC women. She was married for 23 years to John and has two grown sons. She is a coordinator for volunteers for Joshua Fund (taking small groups of volunteers to war zones in Israel to assist in rebuilding homes and restocking bomb shelters). She is currently working on a book detailing the day to day struggles of taking care of a husband suffering from dementia. She has been privileged to disciple many women into freedom from bondage through Freedom in Christ Ministries and Abiding Life Ministries International.
